General Service Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and participating in the BFITT Online Fitness Program, BFITT Personal Training App, Inner Circle Success Club, and bi-monthly herb subscription, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. This is a legally binding contract between you (the “Client”) and BFITT Athletic Training and Fitness Institute (“BFITT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
2. Scope of Services
BFITT provides wellness and performance-based programs including, but not limited to:
➤ The BFITT Online Fitness Program and BFITT Personal Training App (customized training, coaching, and tracking).
➤ The Inner Circle Success Club and other membership-based coaching communities.
Herbal and nutritional support programs, including bi-monthly subscriptions and personalized herbal formulations.
➤ Digital courses, workshops, and private coaching sessions.
➤ Wellness retreats and immersive experiences, including The Body Revival Retreat and future in-person or virtual events focused on fasting, herbal therapy, movement, recovery, mindset, and women’s wellness.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with BFITT’s programs or events, you agree to:
➤ Participate in all program or retreat activities in a respectful, safe, and responsible manner.
➤ Complete any required intake or liability forms honestly and in full.
➤ Inform BFITT of any health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.
➤ Follow safety and participation guidelines outlined by BFITT staff during retreats, coaching sessions, or group events.
➤ Respect all participants, facilitators, and property associated with BFITT.
4. Health Acknowledgment & Professional Scope
By engaging in any BFITT service, you affirm that you:
➤ Are in good physical and mental condition suitable for participation in fitness, wellness, or retreat activities.
➤ Have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.
➤ Understand that BFITT Athletic Training & Fitness Institute, Inc., along with its licensed clinicians and certified professionals, operates within the scope of licensed athletic training, exercise science, and wellness practice.
➤ Acknowledge that while BFITT’s staff are licensed medical and allied health providers, services offered through BFITT programs, retreats, or online platforms are delivered in a wellness and educational capacity, not as individualized medical diagnosis or prescription.
➤ Accept that any health recommendations, herbal formulations, or recovery protocols are designed to support holistic wellness and performance, and do not replace direct consultation with your personal physician or specialist when medical intervention is required.
➤ Assume full responsibility for your health, choices, and participation throughout the duration of any BFITT service or retreat.
5. Release of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
BFITT Athletic Training and Fitness Institute and its representatives are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or issues arising from participation in the program. The Client participates at their own risk and is fully responsible for their health and safety throughout the program. BFITT and Brittany Harris are not licensed healthcare providers, and all information provided is intended for educational and informational purposes only. BFITT is not responsible for outcomes that may occur as a result of participating in this program or using herbal supplements or other recommendations provided. The Client is advised to consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new supplements, diets, or exercise routines.
6. Recurring Membership Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a recurring membership, the Client acknowledges:
Membership renews automatically each month, granting access to the BFITT Personal Training App, Inner Circle Success Club, and bi-monthly herb subscription. Monthly charges will be applied on the same date each month unless canceled by the Client at least seven days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations can be requested via the Client’s account portal or by contacting BFITT’s customer support. Refunds are not provided for partial months of unused membership. Access to recurring membership benefits will be terminated at the end of that month's subscription upon cancellation.
7. Herbal Subscription Terms
Included in your subscription is one month of herbal support that includes specially selected herbs for hormone balance and overall wellness. BFITT is not liable for any adverse reactions or health effects from the use of herbal supplements. Clients are advised to consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement.
8. Retreat-Specific Terms
Participation in a BFITT retreat (such as The Body Revival Retreat) includes activities that may involve fasting, herbal use, restorative movement, sauna/cold therapy, red-light exposure, or group-based experiences. By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge that:
➤ Retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
➤ There are no money-back guarantees for retreat experiences or outcomes.
➤ Participation is voluntary, and all activities can be modified or declined as needed for comfort or safety.
➤ BFITT reserves the right to make adjustments to itinerary, venue, or scheduling for safety, wellness, or operational reasons.
➤ Travel, lodging (outside of inclusions), and personal incidentals are the responsibility of the participant.
➤ BFITT is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control (including illness, weather, venue changes, or force majeure circumstances).
➤ If you are unable to attend a retreat, BFITT may, at its discretion, offer partial credit toward future programs but is under no obligation to do so.
9. Herbal Products & Supplement Disclaimer
BFITT provides herbal supplements and formulations designed for hormonal and general wellness support. By purchasing or using these products, you acknowledge that:
➤ Herbal products are not FDA-evaluated and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
➤ You should consult your healthcare provider before use.
➤ BFITT is not liable for allergic reactions, contraindications, or health outcomes related to product use.
10. Release of Liability
By participating in any BFITT service, program, or retreat, you agree to release and hold harmless BFITT Athletic Training & Fitness Institute, Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, injury, illness, loss, or damages incurred. You further acknowledge that:
➤ Participation in physical movement, fasting, and thermal therapy involves inherent risks.
➤ You assume all responsibility for your choices and actions during participation.
➤ You waive any and all claims arising out of your participation in any BFITT activity.
10. Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
BFITT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Clients who fully participate and engage in the program. To be eligible, Clients must:
Attend and participate in all weekly coaching calls (either live or check in on the recorded video), complete required homework and course materials, and actively engage with the BFITT platform. Sign into the app at least five times per week, complete five workouts per week, and rate each workout. Submit initial and progress photos as required, complete all surveys and self-assessments, and post weekly check-ins in the app. Demonstrate full engagement with the program’s resources, materials, and coaching calls. Contact BFITT support to initiate the refund process once completing 30 days of program engagement.
BFITT reserves the right to deny refund requests if evidence of full engagement is not provided.
9. Payment Terms
Payments for the program, including the recurring membership and herbal subscriptions, are processed on a monthly basis and billed automatically. The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information, which will be charged as agreed upon purchase. If a payment fails or remains outstanding, BFITT reserves the right to suspend access to the Client’s membership, including the BFITT Personal Training App, Inner Circle Success Club, and herbal subscription, until payment is resolved.
10. Changes to Terms and Services
BFITT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any significant changes, Clients will be notified via email. Continued use of BFITT services after modifications constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, resources, workouts, and proprietary content included in the BFITT program are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by BFITT. Clients may use these materials only for personal use and may not share, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written consent.
12. Disclaimer
BFITT makes no warranties regarding specific results or outcomes from participation.
Results vary depending on effort, engagement, and individual factors such as health status, lifestyle, and adherence to program recommendations.

13. Confidentiality Photography/Videography & Likeness Use
By participating in BFITT programs, events, or retreats, you consent to the capturing and use of photos, videos, and other media that may include your likeness. These may be used by BFITT for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes, including on websites, advertisements, and social media platforms.
➤ Respectful Use: All content will be used professionally, without misrepresentation or exploitation.
➤ Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of public use by submitting a written request before the retreat or event.
➤ Revocation of Consent: You may withdraw future consent in writing; however, previously published materials may remain in circulation.
14. Cancellations, Transfers, and Force Majeure
BFITT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, retreats, or services for reasons including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, illness, natural disaster, or circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, participants will be notified promptly. BFITT may offer rescheduling options or credits at its discretion but is not required to issue refunds.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, the state in which BFITT operates. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the jurisdiction of that state.
